believe it not i agree, i was more tham expecting the letter to tell me i'm being downgraded, now i don't really know where i stand as i clearly went over and it doesn't seem to bother them but it bothers me that i have to keep checking my usage again now and have a shall i download this type attitude cos NTL let me have 122gigs because if on 512 it don't matter to me or harm NTL.
