right got my letter this morning and your not going to believe this!

we'd like to thank you for reducing your internet usage (previous was 156gigs that i got the warning letter for and the month this letter refers to 122gigs and congratulated me on a lower usage, lol)

We'll continue to monitor your usage and reserve the right to take action if you exceed your allowance (i already have!),
what they playing at!

WTF?

also:

You'll be amongst the first customers in the UK to be upgraded to the 10MB service by the end of December!
