Just realised I gave you the wrong address before
http://192.168.2.1 will access your belkin router whilst you require
http://192.168.1.1 to acces the config on the linksys router to change the settings. As posted befoer the only way to avoid this is to change your channel so its different and also hiding your ssid and using wep or wpa because if you can see him then he can see you.
