I'm in a similar position. My 2M cable connection is going to be out of action for a while until I move house (possibly 6 months). Currently, I'm paying ntl ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£30 for nothing. I guess the only option is to downgrade to the lowest broadband package and pay that to keep the email.

Another question. If I transfer my connection to another property that already has NTL, can I keep my email address, but not have the 12 months contract reset ?
