Can anyone recommend an inexpensive flat screen with a TV capability, for someone in a very small flat ?

Ideally, the screen should have TV and SCART input, but be easily switchable from that to direct input from a PC. Is this possible, for a budget of < ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£250 say ?
