not strictly true, there were voluntary redundcies<sp> of a couple of management from tech support in swansea, & there have been no new staff taken on in swansea since the takeover/outsourcing, but plenty have left, these havent been replaced in swansea but the headcount in india has increased to cover these people who left swansea & some more on top....
