Do you have a problem of your pictures losing colour,ie flicking from black and white to colour everytime you change channels ? I do and after 2 stb,s and countless engineers it still does the same i have been told that the software update will clear the problem-but i have to put up with this for another 3 months at the earliest before that happens-it is very,very annoying and irritating i just wonder if anybody else has this problem ?

No I don't get that, but I do get large periods of time when the remote doesn't work (batteries are fine) - mostly when coming out of standby or when its been on a channel for a long time, no idea when the new software is coming here
