terabyte cube

I read about a year ago of a new storage device which hold over 1 Terabyte of date on a media the size of a sugar cube.

Its made from some new polymer/plastic that uses two lasers to to read/write data, each bit of data is 400 nanometres long and 100 nanometres apart. If the lasers are on one point for more than 1 femto second it will crack the cube.

I can't find anything on it yet

I'll give brain dump a search.
