I got rid of the 'about blank' thing from 'hijack this' and I seem to have my homepage and browser back, but I keep getting a long brown bar at the top of the screen saying my pc is infected and also if I try to search my sites on my address bar it shuts down I.E

Also should I be worried about the 'URL searchhook is missing' thing on my hijack scan?
