I've done what most of u suggested ran disk cleanup deleted loads of stuff from the system, yes also uninstalled unwanted programs and then ran the disk defragmenter......it ran for some hours and stopped.. i think it hung. Its taking a LONG time!!!!!Am really bugged!
Also please suggest a gud registry cleaner someone. I ran adaware and spybot and cleaned out a cuple of nasties, virus scans have come out clean. thnkx guys, plz solve the defrag issue too.
