can you get to the configuration pages by browsing to
http://192.168.1.1/
user/password is admin/admin
then run the wizard & choose 'DHCP enable' & 'obtain IP automatically (DHCP client)'
that should get the basic router functions working - I would get that sorted first, before setting up the wireless ability - don't forget the security settings
