It doesnt really make any difference anyway.
The companies dont compete, no area has ntl and telewest.
Realistically OFCOM Should see this as the best way to stop the monopoly and domination of Sky, BT have been crumbling for years especially since LLU and CPS but Sky are currently the untouchables when it comes to pricing for DTV 'how they feel like it'
