How can you say "ONLY" when that's a huge part of an important service? If I need to call my ISP I would expect them to understand the complaint by the words I use, not by whether or not it fits with the script that someone has provided with limited english on.
At least when I call TW tech support I speak to someone who is in the UK and is capable of interpreting whatever script they are given to meet the needs of the conversation. Long may this continue!!

Yes i understand that and i for one would do the same if Customer service was overseas. The poster that i quoted has a habit of posting that customer service is offshore as well as tech support even when she knows it not to be true. Or is it OK to post whatever crap you want on here now if it gets it noticed
If Customer service was offshore i for one would change my service provider. It is only part of tech support that is offshore. We still have the boys and girls down in wales as well
I would like to see all off shoring stopped completely but hey this is the real world and will never happen when companies have share holders.
