PS I've still got the problem however - yes the engineer was at my door but he didn't get in - I was out and he left his card but at least they sent someone that day

I'm worried now

....they sent an engineer out....is it a serious problem or something...should I unplug my CTB when I leave my house...to stop it raiding the fridge or burning the house down?
