was due to your attitude - I said that this sort of thing can come through in the way you deal with people (and even be something that
you are unaware of)
Obviously, I don't know what line of work you're in, but I find it hard to believe that, using your example, 90% of the Welsh are 'rude and arrogant'. If, for example, you work cold-calling, then maybe that puts the averages up because no-one likes being cold-called. However, to just state that, what? 2½ million people (using your statistic) are rude is pretty over the top.
Just my opinion, of course
