Having said that, if you go into a conversation / business thinking 'you arrogant taff', I'm not surprised they're rude - if that's what you're thinking, it'll normally come out in the way that you talk to them.

I agree all nationalies are jsut as bad. However, when I talk to the scottish i find them nothing but a joy to talk to. and fyi I don't go into the conversation thinking "you arrogant taff". My superiorsin all my jobs involving telesales/customer services have found my phone manner to be impecible. So to say that they're merely talking to me in that way due to my attitude on them is unfounded
