Some people want the speed because it sounds cool to say that they have it but don't use their connection for anything that requires that amount of bandwidth. Very few people will actually make use of the full 10 Mbps but will complain vehemently if speed checks show that they are not getting every bit of it or if they are a day later getting it than someone else.

That is very true m8.....its just because people dont like to feel that they r being ripped off.
