Windows 2000 Server - Remote Access

Hi..

Anyone a wiz on Windows 2000 Server that can help me set up Remote Access? This is the basics of the setup....

Windows 2000 Server.... on a network (Workgroup NOT Domain). Connected to the internet via Netgear ADSL Router. Our connection to the internet has been assigned a static IP address by our ISP.

Home user running Windows XP Home (or Pro) wants to connect into the Windows 2000 Server via Remote Desktop (the home user is the admin) to access the machine as if sitting in front of it. (As per Remote Desktop XP to XP).

Eventually I want to sort out VPN but one step at a time (unless someone can sort this at the same time!! ) Can someone point me in the right direction?
