I think you are wrong about forest. From what I know (discussions with forest fans) Hart is rated very highly, he had a similiar job to what craig has now at leics and that is to cut the wage bill. Hart did that and amazingly also got you to the playoff's. Since he left forest have done too much chopping and changing and you will come good if megson is allowed time to get things right.

Likewise at leics we are not doing great ourselves but I have seen progress with better quality football and age of squad coming down, players on longer contracts etc. But the results arent going right at the moment which unfortenatly is what manager's are judged on.
