Re: Airtunes and wireless internet

So you have a PC and a MAC you want to connect to the AirPort. You also want this sited nr you stereo to stream music?

First. Do both the PC and the MAC have wireless ethernet (or in the case of the Mac an AirPort card) installed? If not what you are trying to do is a non starter.

If they do have you tried the obvious? Power down the Cable Modem, plug it into the Airport (by Ethernet), power down the Airport. Power up the CM, wait a couple of mins and power up the Airport.

Secondly, have you configured the AirPort, it should do two wireless PCs and Airtunes out of the box, so maybe pressing the reset button for 10? seconds and configuring back to factory default will solve the problem.

Let me know how you get on with these two suggestions.
