Just an update to my connection dropouts....
Engineer called Monday.. Ran a test on the modem and found the power level fluctuating. He upped it to the maximum it could be. He said after doing that there was nothing he could physically do, he said it seems LOTS of people are having these dropout issues at the mo, particularly gamers... I was thinking that this could be my problem.
But...
Still getting the same 5 second dropouts
Phoned Tech Support and got through to Swansea ( Yayyy they DO exist
) who looked in-depth at my PC side.... Nothing found. Another engineer is booked for Friday PM.
I'll post again if anything is found
