Wouldn't it be better for ntl to scrap an unlimited service and just have a selection of tiered 10Mb packages. Surely it's better to have a 10Mb @ 600Gb per month package as their top user allowance service - i.e. max six days use - than a 2Mb unlimited service which would be continuously used 24/7 to achieve the same 600Gb amount? The chances of 10 users "overlapping" their allowance downloads on a 600Gb capped 10Mb service would be quite slim - whilst on the 2Mb service, users are much more likely to overlap and thus eat into more bandwidth.
Just my 2 penneth worth!
