No one here is arrogant enough to assume that NTL don't have problems (the fact this site was set up in the first place is an indication they do), and, TBH, ANY large company is going to have problems somewhere in their system.

A quick tip. I have found (in life) that if you have a genuine complaint, then you are actually far more likely to get help if you are polite. If you get people's backs up by insulting them, they are not likely to help you.
