If NTL were not crap, then this forum would not exist. If I remember correctly, the reason that the original NTLHELL.COM closed was because NTL could not stand up to the fact that it was a lousy company, so bought and closed the site in an attempt to gag it's client base.

So who owns this forum, sounds like it could be NTL from the way some of the mods respond to posts.

If NTL had planned to close nthw.com from the start then they would done just that. They wouldn't have financed it for a couple of years. I don't know what happened there.

If you think the Mod team are pro NTL, just do a search through the posts of either Russ or Neil (both of whom are admins, and Neil is a part owner). For that matter, you can do a search through my own posts (I have been known to have a go at NTL a few times).

The fact remains that the NTL staff who post here do so voluntarily, and if they think they are going to get abuse because of the company they work for, they are going to stop.

You haven't been here long, and, it appears,you haven't read through some of the posts on this site. As stated above, look through the posts of Neil & Russ.

As homealone says, the site itself is neither for nor against NTL. If a member has a problem with either NTL or Telewest, hopefully one of the members can help. If they cannot the mod team will try and escalate the problem to the relevant people.

Regarding the offensive comments made on your reps, AFAIK, that was dealt with.
