this makes a change, the site has previously been accused of an anti NTL bias.
What is actually true is that the site is entirely neutral, it provides a forum for members to discuss their experiences of NTL, both good and bad, and in some cases has been instrumental in helping to solve some of their individual problems. While, also, maintaining a dialogue with NTL senior management, with a view to future improvements.
It is not true the site suppresses criticism of NTL, all constructive criticism is welcomed, what is not accepted is general sweeping statements insulting NTL employees.
