Leaving ADSL
After only a few months on ADSL i am going back to telewest.
I am fed up with UKOnline lack of customer skills. The fact it takes up to 1 hour for them to answer the phone.
I am also know now i will always be stuck on the 1mb line as BT will do nothing for us 1mb and 512k users. Its pathetic. Others users around me can get 4,8 and soon to be 10 and i can only get 1mb.
Well goodbye ADSL and hello Cable and hello 10mb
