One of my e-mail a/c's went tits up 2 weeks ago. It will not respond to my id & pswrd.
The a/c still exists, if i try to creat a new a/c with the original details it will fail as it exists.
BB support ( india? ) say the a/c is inactive!!! Well i used it on a regular basis, daily, weekly for at least the last year. Well done ntl.
