What We Do
The Cable Forum concept was created in February 2004 by Frank Whitestone to cater for stakeholders in the British Cable TV and Internet industry, primarily customers of cable companies ntl:home and Telewest Broadband.
Working in close conjunction with nthellworld owner Neil Crayne and the rest of the team – Mick, Richard M, Caspar, Russ D, Pem, Nemesis, Tezcatlipoca, Stuartbe, Tricky & Steve H. Frank created Cable Forum from the ground up during March 2004.
The aims of Cable Forum are simply to build on the success of both of the nthellworld sites and to:
To allow cable customers in the UK to voice open and honest opinions of ntl and Telewest services.
To facilitate discussion between staff and customers of both cable companies.
To provide as much help and support to those who need it and ask on the website.
Cable Forum is owned by NTHW Limited, a company created by Frank Whitestone and Neil Crayne. For more information, please the use the links on the left.

If NTL were not crap, then this forum would not exist. If I remember correctly, the reason that the original NTLHELL.COM closed was because NTL could not stand up to the fact that it was a lousy company, so bought and closed the site in an attempt to gag it's client base.
So who owns this forum, sounds like it could be NTL from the way some of the mods respond to posts.

Thankyou so much for your true and honest response of which I agree with you entirly as this site seems very biased when people complain . I have been told my attitude stinks of which amazes me as for persons abused me by sending me nasty comments as soon as I joined this site. The mods seem to have there head stuck up their ..... afraid of some people giving their true opinions and I expect this post to be edited in the name of political correctness.
Setch, just for your information my problems have not been resolved even after taking the polite route.I am amazed that after complaining to
www.moneysavingexpert.com I had a better response from them and strangly there are other persons there who are suffering at the ignorance of NTL so I wonder if this site is actually NTL as it don't seem to have guts to accept critisisim given against NTL
