I would say that those NTL members who frequent this forum are
the very small minority of the company that really do care about customer service. So if you are saying that they probably will not help somebody who states that NTL are crap, then why do they bother to visit the forum in the first instance. This forum exists due to the fact that NTL are crap.
If NTL were not crap, then this forum would not exist. If I remember correctly, the reason that the original NTLHELL.COM closed was because NTL could not stand up to the fact that it was a lousy company, so bought and closed the site in an attempt to gag it's client base.
So who owns this forum, sounds like it could be NTL from the way some of the mods respond to posts.
