Yes you need to turn firewalls off on your PCs or reconfigure them to let local 192 traffic through

then you need to make sure file and printer sharing is turned on on all PCs (Network Connections > properties)

then right click the printer in the printers folder, select Sharing and Security... the rest should be obvious

then you need to make sure all the PCs are in the same domain/workgroup (right click My Computer > Properties > Computer Name)

Then they should automatically appear in the Printers folder of each PC
