If you can afford it, I'd go for an HD-ready telly. I saw one in a high street retailer the other week, and was pretty amazed at the difference between normal sets and HD sets. Would like personally to buy an LG model I saw, but it's out of my price range

Never been to Leicester, so can't offer any suggestions as to where to buy from... plus I tend to buy stuff online.
