Had another dropout and duly phoned tech support as requested.
Spoke to a very helpful tech support guy from India... Max... Said my modem is rebooting itself more than it should (should it reboot itself??), engineer coming out Monday PM.
Hopefully something will be found, i'll post as soon as the engineer has done his stuff
