This is a 15 1/2" vinyl Gene doll by Ashton-Drake Galleries. She has "Gene/1995 Mel Odom" on her head. She was created to portray a movie star. She has her own stand marked "Gene". Her hair is a blond synthetic wig. She is wearing the "Destiny" outfit that was the Annual Limited Edition for 1998. Her dress is a strapless teal green taffeta ball gown, with gold lame lace, attached gold mesh underskirt, nylons, shoes, gloves, barrette, necklace and earrings. She is dressed to be from the 1954 era. She was designed by Mark Esposito. Her hang tag is signed by Mel Odom. I do want to point out that in her little plastic bag that reads "Accessories Gene Inside" the bag is open and empty. I do not know what was in it. She does have the original Certificate Of Authenticity. I also want to point out that in the first picture of Gene, the light you see is the sun coming in the window. As with all of my items she comes from a smoke free home. (Item #401)

Ah, the second most perfect person ever, after Ginger

Yes, It's Gene -Ms Marshall, to us mortals

But doesn't she look frightful in that photo
