I can't remember what they said what levels were alright, i know they just checked the statue through the browser and through their machine and all 4 engineers said the information they were seeing was very good.
Currently the status im recieving are

Im experiencing this problem when im playing online games, surfing the net, or downloading stuff, but if im lucky it won't drop, but i have seen it drop when im not even doing anything mentioned above, so if i do call another engineer out what do i say to make him see that there is a problem with my connection, because so far each engineer that has come out, the connection hasn't dropped infront of them.
