Photography - What camera do you recommend?
I am looking to get a new digital camera and my Dad advised me if I want to get some good shots buy a SLR, what makes do you recommend?

I have heard that Canon and FujiFilm are good but they have nice price tags as well, looking for something strong and one that will give me some good images.
