I do not use my MTL email addy for anything other than receiving info from NTL and have never given it anywhere, though I still get spam and other NTL emails to buy new services etc !!

Not sure if this is correct or not, Seem to remember seeing this posted here before.
If there is no change to your service level then email bills are sent for 3 months then stop untill such time as you change you service level.
I might be incorrect so dont take this as gospel.
