TezmitcH, see link for information on you error code. It seems like whatever upgrades NTL have done may have been to do with security as this is what the KB article refers to.

TezmitcH, liamboyle06, it would seem that any patches that are available for OE or your office version need to be installed in order to fix the problem. Click here for the windows updates and here for the office ones (both only work in IE
