Hate to say it you guys, but nothing has worked. Def. not firewall, I've tried running a system (SP2) with no firewall installed at all (and Windows' off) and have the exact same problems.
I'll never be able to download Quicktime 7, on cue it cuts out just before download complete,
every single time.
Sufficed to say, I've given up hope, pretty much.
I dare not call tech support. If anyone tells me to turn the modem off for 30 seconds, people may start dying.
Just wanted to let you know that the problem is unresolved, and ask if anyone stumbles upon an idea to give me a poke.
