I noticed when calling CS that the music/adverts that play while you wait to get through has an advert for
http://www.ntl.com/football - however, the message on the phone says its for customers who get a 600k or 1Mb broadband connection.
Now, I thought "you can't get a 600k line anymore" so looked up the URL which says its for people on the 2Mb or 3Mb connections so it appears the message on the phones is incorrect.
I forgot to mention it on the phone to CS, so am posting it here as the next best thing
