Hi all,

Sometime in the last week or so (I've been away) my 3 Meg connection seems to have become 1.5 Meg or thereabouts. Downloading off Usenet I am only getting 150 kB/s or so and I have tried various speed tests which all point to a reduced speed of around 1.5 Mb/s.

Does anyone know why this may have happened? I am on a SACM and am now connected directly, after removing router to eliminate that.

What's ntl's customer service like nowadays, not had to ring them for a while but last time spent hours on hold.
