Well I am none the wiser. Just spoke to someone who couldn't work out how the original person I spoke to arrived at £35, and spoke a load of mumbo jumbo at me about credits and part monthly payments which I just don't understand. Looks like I now have about £27 owing to me but my account is currently about £17 in credit so that's the only amount I could claim back, which if I do, I will have to make a claim with my bank...
