to Rob_C for your post. I was experiencing the same problem as tommy_tfunk and your answer sorted things for me. I've been searching for a solution for over a year, as Telewest were of no help to me whatsoever. The engineers that installed my Broadband gave up really quickly and left me to figure things out on my own. Yours is the first solution that actually worked.
