if you upgrade your speeds you WILL be capped, if you keep going over the capping you will bw asked to pay more, (nice of them to tell you you've gone over till the bill comes) this is the main reason that i'm still only 300kbs
i'm downloading most of the time (like my tunes) and dont agree with capping witch is why i havent, everyone thats upgraded to the 1 meg will get a 3gb cap!!!!!!, and theres no goingway back to 300kbs
