Received my monthly bill today from NTL..DTV/Phone.. and enclosed were the new terms/conditions which come into effect 1st October...
Has anyone else received them and read them??..Are they "as before" or do they contain any new "no no"...I have not read the "old " ones so would not know!!!.
It would appear from a quick look that as they are new they could be an escape route for any really dissatisfied customers....
of which I am not one..
