Change your proxy via your web browser (tools -> internet options -> LAN Settings -> Proxy Server in Internet Explorer, or Tools -> Preferences -> General -> Connection in Firefox)... but bear in mind that pings don't use standard TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols, and instead rely on the ICMP protocol. As normal proxy servers only support TCP/IP and UDP/IP services and do not support ICMP, it is irrelevant which proxy server you configure if you are only sending ping requests.
