Hi Paul and to Cableforum.

The difference in price is only £8, not £15 (£17.99 against £24.99) unless you are thinking of trying to get the 1Mb new customer £9.99 deal. You have to speak to customer services to downgrade a package but can upgrade online. You have to have the new package for a month before being able to switch again.
