All depends on pricing.Ive got 7 meg coming into the house and I do use it,5 meg pipe on one machine browsing newsgroups (not for linux distros btw im not gonna lie) 2 meg on another for browsing and gaming so in reality it wont make a huge difference to me,mind you 1.25 hours for a dvd5 download
