Re: From Dial-up to BB - Wireless Question

Get rid of the dial up software and delete any dial up connections created in the dial up networking connections tab of Internet explorer, or Internet connections in control panel.
In connections tab of internet explorer, select Never dial a connection.
In the LAMN settings, select, automatically detect settings.

Then follow the information you got with your wirelesss router.
If its a laptop you may have to enable wireless by flicking a switch on the side of your laptop.
Then in windows xp, select start, connect to, and Show all connections. You should then click Create new connection and follow the wizard, unless you can clearly see your connection is already showing up. Click the wireless network and refresh the list to see if your network becomes available.
Good luck.
