i think that ntl binary newsgroups are quite good and the retention is good as well and the files that are there are basically always complete, the only problem are some major groups have been deleted by them
...
The two servers i use are news.cable.ntlworld.com and news.ntli.net (this one has lots of different server names) Both as far as i know are different because when i ping them different ip addresses come up but would just like to ask are they both different???
Also how many connections does ntl allow to there newsgroup server because as far i know the more connections the more stable/faster the downloading speed although obviously i cant go above my 2mb line speed???
Also they should really have more information about newsgroups on there website such as the servers and connections and stuff like that.
