So 3 months ago you upgraded to 2mbit

month 1 and 2 proper price
month 3 charged 37.99 instead of 24.99 and additional 18.00.

Here is what I think happened. Something has triggered an upgrade on your bill, you should test to see if the connection is actually 3mbit. Then ring up and tell them whats happened.
